NOW AVAILABLE: Independent Cost Estimates e-Learning Course

FTA’s new Independent Cost Estimates e-learning course is now available! The course will help FTA recipients better understand the mandatory procurement requirements related to conducting an independent cost estimate. The lessons from this e-learning course can be helpful for FTA recipients in mitigating procurement findings during State Management and Triennial Reviews.
