Registration Now Open! U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Final Rule Webinars

The U.S. Department of Transportation, in collaboration with its Operating Administrations, is hosting a series of webinars concerning the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Final Rule announcement published on April 9, 2024. The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) encourages transit recipients to register and attend to learn more about the Final Rule.  

FTA will host a New DBE Rule webinar on May 21, 2024, to discuss the new provisions for transit recipients that are awarded $670,000 or less in funds annually, now known as Tier II recipients.  

FTA will host a second webinar on the Requirements for Transit Vehicle Manufacturers (TVMs) in the New DBE Rule on July 30, 2024, which will highlight new changes and requirements for TVMs and FTA recipients procuring transit vehicles.
