FTA Posts OTrak System FAQs to Website
The Federal Transit Administration sent this bulletin at 08/21/2020 04:11 PM EDTFTA is modernizing the Oversight Tracking System (OTrak), the official system of record for oversight data. The enhanced OTrak system will use the Appian platform to provide new and improved functionality to better support FTA’s oversight mission.
The posted OTrak Frequently Asked Questions provide additional information regarding general system questions, recipient profile and information requests, system functionality, and future engagement opportunities.
