The Federal Transit Administration sent this bulletin at 02/07/2020 02:32 PM ESTFTA continues to host webinars to provide technical assistance to transit agencies on the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) regulation. This webinar will provide examples of how States and transit agencies can meet the requirements of the PTASP regulation (49 CFR Part 673) for Agency Safety Plan review, update, and approval. This webinar will also discuss the Agency Safety Plan certification process and requirements.
