The Federal Transit Administration sent this bulletin at 01/23/2020 10:13 AM ESTFTA continues to host webinars to provide technical assistance to transit agencies on the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) regulation. The PTASP Safety Performance Targets Webinar will provide States and transit agencies with sample approaches for developing safety performance targets to meet the requirements of the PTASP regulation (49 CFR Part 673) and address the safety performance measures established in FTA's National Public Transportation Safety Plan. This webinar also will discuss how States and transit agencies can coordinate during the Statewide and Metropolitan Planning process, including sharing safety performance targets and selecting planning targets.
