Region 10 Webinars: Changes to Environmental Impacts and Parks, Recreation Areas, Wildlife and Waterfowl Refuges, and Historic Sites

Register for upcoming webinars conducted jointly with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to inform FHWA and FTA project sponsors and federal/state resource agency partners of the changes to Environmental Impacts and Related Procedures (23 CFR part 771) and Parks, Recreation Areas, Wildlife and Waterfowl Refuges, and Historic Sites (Section 4(f)) (23 CFR part 774).

The final rule updating 23 CFR parts 771 and 774 was published in the Federal Register on October 29, 2018 and became effective November 28, 2018. The webinars will provide an in-depth look at the regulatory changes and describe how the changes increase efficiency in the preparation of environmental documents and accelerate project delivery. Participants must register using one of the following links for the date in which they plan to attend the webinar. Registration is limited to 200 registrants per webinar. Both webinars will be recorded.

  • Log in to request access to the site and FHWA's requested password.  The account issuance takes approximately one business day. Once you receive your account information, users can access the site by clicking on the registration link and logging in.
