FACES Portal Update Training for TrAMS and NTD Users

FTA is upgrading its Federal Access Control and Entry System (FACES), the portal that allows FTA’s grant recipients and National Transit Database (NTD) reporters to access the platform that houses TrAMS and the NTD. The new FACES platform will provide a single point of entry for multiple FTA systems and will include additional transparency and security features. The portal later will expand to host future systems.

In November, FTA will host webinars for grantees and NTD reporters to provide details on the new system and discuss and demonstrate user access and management under the new modules. The training is focused primarily on grantee user managers.

Registration is required. Group registration is encouraged to ensure access for all who wish to participate. Sessions will be recorded and posted.
