FTA has created the online dialogue to help identify challenges associated with FTA-funded procurements. The goal is to provide an outlet to FTA grantees, third party contractors and other representatives from the transit industry in which to share common concerns with FTA’s Third Party Contracting Guidance (C4220.1F) and current Best Practices Procurement Manual (BPPM) that will help FTA as it updates the existing manual. Participants in the Online Dialogue will also have an opportunity to share industry best practices in those areas of most interest and concern to the FTA grantee community.
