FTA Posts Fiscal Year 2016 Apportionment Tables

Today, FTA posted its 2016 Apportionment Tables online, providing information about funding for recipients of FTA programs under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016 and as authorized by The Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act.  The webpage lists full Fiscal Year 2016 apportionment tables, displaying the funds available to eligible states and urbanized areas.  Within a week, FTA expects to open TrAMS, its new grants management platform that will allow FTA grantees to submit and manage applications. Look for more information about TrAMS in the coming days.

FTA annually publishes notices to apportion and allocate funds appropriated by law. The Fiscal Year 2016 Federal Register notice will be published on Tuesday, February 16 to announce the apportionment and allocation of FY 2016 funds aligned with the tables above. The notice also will highlight the status of FAST Act implementation activities, key programmatic and policy issues, grants management, and interim guidance for FY 2016.
