A Strategic Approach to Project Bundling Webinar Series

Construction and Contract Considerations

Project bundling can create some unique contracting and contract administration issues. This webinar will provide an overview of good practices for addressing construction contracting issues, including typical specifications, common design standards, payment provisions, responsible parties, as well as highlight model contracts and the use of alternative delivery methods. The contracts administration discussion will highlight field efficiencies, such as those for agency and contractor field staffing. We will present case studies showing how all project delivery methods have been strategically used for successful bundled projects to reduce cost and save time.
