National Apprenticeship Day Is Just Around the Corner!!

We are less than one week away from National Apprenticeship Day (NAW) 2025, which takes place on Wednesday, April 30th! It’s easy to add your event or proclamation to the NAW website. So far, collectively over 750 events and proclamations have been added and it’s not too late to add yours!

Sharing events on social media is the quickest way to spread the word and create a buzz that draws attendees and builds excitement. Don't keep the event to yourself, share it on your social media channels and use #NationalApprenticeshipDay2025, #NAWDay2025, and #ApprenticeshipUSA.  See how others are sharing National Apprenticeship Day 2025 events on social media by visiting the NAW social media page on our website.

As a prelude to the festivities for National Apprenticeship Day, the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship is extremely excited to share that two Presidential Executive Orders (EOs) and accompanying Fact Sheets have been released in support of expanding Registered Apprenticeship.

Host an Event

Join Registered Apprenticeship champions from across the U.S. by hosting an apprenticeship related event or activity! Don’t forget to add your event to our website.

Submit a Proclamation

Whether or not you host an event, we welcome you to proclaim your support for Registered Apprenticeship! We encourage you to submit a proclamation on our website.

Help us Spread the Word

Here are a few ways you can help spread the word at this point: Visit the National Apprenticeship Day website to download the logo. Use it on your platforms with a brief message reminding partners of the upcoming celebration. Consider drafting a Proclamation to commemorate National Apprenticeship Day (see above). And don’t forget to share your event and apprenticeship successes on social media using #NationalApprenticeshipDay2025, #NAWDay2025, and #ApprenticeshipUSA!

Find an Event Near You

Participating in National Apprenticeship Day events is a great way to learn about Registered Apprenticeship. Use the “Find an Event” feature to look up events and proclamations issued by our partners at the local, state, or federal level.
