Postponement of OALJ Proceedings Impacted by Hurricane Milton
United States Department of Labor sent this bulletin at 10/09/2024 02:30 PM EDTDue to Hurricane Milton, the Chief Administrative Law Judge has issued an Administrative Order, 2025-MIS-00001 (Oct. 9, 2024), postponing OALJ proceedings and tolling hearing-related deadlines for cases scheduled to take place in Florida or involving any party, attorney, or law firm located in Florida, for the next 30 days.
