If so, you may be eligible for benefits under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA).

EEOICPA provides monetary compensation and medical benefits to individuals who became ill as a result of their work as a Uranium Miner, Miller, Ore Transporter or at one of the Department of Energy's covered facilities. Survivors of qualified workers may also be entitled to benefits.
