ECOMP Update - Registration and Password Reset

ECOMP Users,

In an effort to improve customer service delivery, we are making an important change to the ECOMP registration and password reset process. Effective February 5, 2021, you will no longer need to go through security questions when registering for ECOMP account or resetting password on your ECOMP account. When you register for a new ECOMP account, you will not see security questions on the Registration screen anymore.

If you forgot your password once registered, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the Sign In screen and follow the instruction to reset your password. You do not need to remember your security answers anymore.

As a registered ECOMP user, you have no actions to take. We just want to make you aware of this improvement.
