Effective Immediately - Transition to New Central Mailroom Address

Effective immediately, the Division of Coal Mine Workers’ Compensation (DCMWC), also known as the Federal Black Lung Program, has moved central mailroom operations to London, Kentucky. We encourage our stakeholders to utilize our C.O.A.L. Mine portal for electronic document submission; however, if you need to mail physical documents associated with a Black Lung claim, please begin using the following mailing addresses immediately:
