January 25, 2019 Honoring Rhonda BashaLast month, ODEP said goodbye to Rhonda Basha, who retired after 34 years of exemplary federal service. Ms. Basha began working for ODEP at its inception in 2001 and served in many leadership roles, most recently as Special Advisor to the Assistant Secretary. Among her many significant legacies is the “Guideposts for Success,” an evidence-based policy framework which helps youth with disabilities transition from school to work. Importantly, the Guideposts emphasize the value of mentoring.
