As part of its efforts to expand apprenticeships, the Department announced the dates of the third annual National Apprenticeship Week.

The economy will add 11.5 million jobs over the next decade, according to new data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Annual growth is projected at 0.7 percent, compared to 0.5 percent during the previous decade.
