Join us on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 1:00 PM ET for a webinar to learn about the goals and objectives of this solicitation. The presenters will address frequently asked questions and take questions from participants at the conclusion of the webinar.

Review the solicitation. Applications are due March 23, 2017.

Applications must address one of two research categories:

  1. Narcotics, forensic science, and medicolegal death investigation and prosecution; or
  2. Drug intelligence and community surveillance.

NIJ has identified two drug priorities:

  1. Heroin and other opioids (including diverted prescription drugs); and
  2. Novel psychoactive substances (also known as synthetic drugs).
