Webinar: The USGS National Climate Adaptation Science Center is pleased to announce a quarterly webinar series on the RAD (Resist-Accept-Direct) framework in collaboration with National Conservation Training Center. This series focuses on examples of RAD implementation and reflects on practical applications of RAD concepts. The first webinar will feature "RAD Perspectives" from long-time RADishes, Gregor Schuurman (National Park Service), Aaron Shultz (Great Lakes Indian Fish & Wildlife Commission), Nicole Ward (Minnesota Department of Natural Resources), and Nifer Wilkening (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service). Meet Steve Jackson

There’s a lot of uncertainty about where we’re headed, both in terms of the future climate and how ecosystems will respond along the way. That makes it critical to try different approaches and learn by doing it." As a longtime leader in climate adaptation, Steve Jackson has helped shape the RAD framework alongside many of his fellow RADishes since its roots.
