DOD Travel Restriction Updates
The Department of Defense updated its coronavirus disease 2019 personnel movement and travel restrictions for service members, DOD personnel and their families.

For the health and safety of the force, DOD is changing to a location-based approach where unrestricted travel will resume if the state, region and installation meet certain criteria.

Deployment Requirements During COVID-19
To minimize risks and ensure force health, the DOD is now requiring all deploying service members and DOD civilian employees to complete Force Health Protection predeployment and redeployment requirements.
