The Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Kanawha transits the Celtic Sea, March 26, 2014, to support Joint Warrior 14-1. The United Kingdom-led training exercise is designed to provide NATO and allied forces a unique warfare environment to prepare for global operations.

U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Ashly Lester carries Leska, a military working dog, off the operating table after a surgery to remove a broken incisor at the camp's medical facility on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, April 2, 2014. Lester is a military working dog handler. Leska made a full recovery from the surgery.
