U.S. sailors and Marines participate in a flight deck scrub aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz in the Pacific Ocean, Dec. 11, 2013. The Nimitz is transiting the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of responsibility after spending eight months deployed to the U.S. 5th, 6th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.
