Paratroopers descend on the Sicily Drop Zone during the 16th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop on Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 7, 2013. The event allows U.S. troops to train with service members from Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Canada, Poland, Sweden, Chili, Brazil and Latvia while they participate in the humanitarian toy drop mission.
