Marine Corps Sgt. Chester P. Ginter fires an M9 pistol at a target during a small-arms training exercise on Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 25, 2013. Ginter, a motor transport mechanic, is assigned to 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
