U.S. Navy Seaman Michael Vilardo plays with local children near the Rolous Health Center where his team recently completed construction of a bathroom facility in Ta Khmao, Cambodia, Nov. 25, 2013. Vilardo is assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3.
