U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Fernando Perez inspects fuel received during a replenishment-at-sea aboard the USS Roosevelt in the Atlantic Ocean, Dec. 1, 2013. The Roosevelt is conducting its final pre-deployment evaluation with the George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group to achieve mission readiness.
