U.S. Marines help load 100-pound bags of relief supplies onto a Japanese C-130 aircraft on Villamor Air Base in Manila, Philippines, Nov. 27, 2013. The Marines are supporting Joint Task Force 505 to coordinate U.S. military efforts as part of Operation Damayan.
