Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel walks with Julian E. Barnes, the Wall Street Journal's Pentagon reporter, between meetings in New York, Nov. 1, 2013. Hagel spoke with Barnes about a meeting where he discussed how to help veterans transitioning into the civilian work force.
