U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Andrew J. Savoie provides aerial security over Helmand province, Afghanistan, Oct. 28, 2013. Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 462 supported Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, during an interdiction operation in Gurjat village. Savoie, a crew chief, is assigned to the squadron.
