U.S. Marines rinse a Humvee before U.S. customs agents inspect it during the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit's wash down in Naval Station Rota, Spain, Oct. 19, 2013. The unit serves as a sea-based, crisis-response force capable of conducting amphibious operations across the full range of military operations.
