U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Dwayne Watson uses his weapon to push concertina wire away from his face while running a six-hour endurance course at the Marine Corps Jungle Warfare Training Center in Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 22, 2013. Watson is assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3.
