President Barack Obama offers remarks to honor the victims of the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon during a remembrance ceremony at the Pentagon Memorial, Sept. 11, 2013. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, joined Obama for the event with family members of those killed in the terrorist attack.
