Navy Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, chief of naval operations, delivers remarks during the commissioning ceremony for the Virginia-class attack submarine USS Minnesota in Norfolk, Va., Sept. 7, 2013. The Minnesota, the 10th ship of the Virginia class, is named in honor of the state's citizens and their continued support of the nation's military.
