U.S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, addresses U.S. and Jordanian troops at a military facility on the outskirts of Amman, Jordan, Aug. 15, 2013. Dempsey is concluding a trip to meet with troops and leaders in Jordan and Israel.
