Flag Officer Assignment The Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert announced today the following assignment: Navy Reserve Rear Adm. (lower half) Deborah P. Haven will be assigned as commander, Defense Contract Management Agency International, Fort Lee, Va. Haven previously served as commanding officer, Navy Reserve Logistics Support Unit, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, Va.
