Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel speaks to soldiers, families and civilians during a town hall meeting at Pope Army Airfield on Fort Bragg, N.C., July 15, 2013. Hagel is on a three-day trip to visit bases to get feedback from troops about the effects of sequestration and furloughs.
