Senior Executive Service Announcements Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel announced the following Department of Defense Senior Executive Service appointment and reassignments: Matthew Warren has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as deputy director, international armaments cooperation, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition, Technology and Logistics), Washington, D.C. Warren previously served as a supervisory program analyst, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition, Technology and Logistics), Washington, D.C. Jason W. Forrester has been assigned as deputy assistant secretary of defense (manpower & personnel), Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Reserve Affairs), Arlington, Va. Forrester previously served as special assistant to the assistant secretary of the Army for manpower and reserve affairs, Department of the Army, Arlington, Va. George Mulligan has been assigned as deputy director, Washington Headquarters Services, Washington, D.C. Mulligan previously served as director, White House Military Office, Washington Headquarters Services, Washington, D.C.
