Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel waves goodbye as he boards an Air Force E4-B aircraft on Joint Base Andrews, Md., May 29, 2013. Hagel is traveling to Hawaii, Singapore and Brussels, where he will meet with defense leaders and U.S. troops and speak at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore.
