U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Frederick S. Rudesheim, commanding general of U.S. Army South, presents a commander's coin of excellence to a student at a schoolhouse in El Salvador, May 8, 2013. U.S. Army South is leading Beyond the Horizon El Salvador, a humanitarian exercise sponsored by U.S. Southern Command, in its efforts to build a new school for the students.
