Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel discusses the strategic and fiscal challenges facing the Defense Department while speaking at the National Defense University on Fort McNair in Washington, D.C., April 3, 2013. Hagel also answered questions from students and faculty on issues ranging from the sequester affecting the department's budget to tensions with North Korea.
