Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel records a video for Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month at the Pentagon, April 1, 2013. Hagel said sexist behavior, sexual harassment and sexual assault have no place in the U.S. military. He also said the Defense Department, which observes the month in April, was committed to eliminating such behaviors.
