Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta addresses the Broad Foundations during a dinner in Washington, D.C., Jan. 21, 2013. Panetta spoke of his time serving as the 23rd defense secretary during the Obama administration, along with the current state of the Defense Department. The Broad Foundations works to advance entrepreneurship for the public good in education, science and the arts.
