Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta, Deputy Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter and Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, meet at the Pentagon with the Secretary's Leadership Council, which includes the commanders of the nine Combatant Commands and senior civilian leaders, Dec. 4, 2012.
