Senior Executive Service Announcement Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced the following Department of Defense Senior Executive Service appointment: Randall G. Conway has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as principal director for command, control, communications and computers, and information infrastructure, Office of the DoD Chief Information Officer, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Conway previously served as management and program analyst, Office of the DoD Chief Information Officer, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
