U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta is presented with the Military Order of Ayacucho by Peruvian Defense Minister Pedro Cateriano Bellido during a ceremony in Lima, Peru Oct. 6, 2012. Panetta is visiting South America on a four-day trip to strenghten defense relationships with Western Hemisphere counterparts.
