            Honeywell International Inc., Phoenix, Ariz., was awarded a $110,486,276 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the procurement of AGT1500 engines, first article testing and control tests.  Work will be performed in Anniston, Ala., and Phoenix, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 26, 2013.  One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-12-C-0286).

            Savit Corp., Rockaway, N.J. (W15QKN-12-D-0093); and Subsystem Technologies Inc., Arlington, Va. (W15QKN-12-D-0094); were awarded a $49,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract between two contractors.  The award will provide for the engineering, development and manufacturing services in support of Munitions Engineering Technology Center.  Work location will be determined with each task order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 29, 2017.  The bid was solicited through the Internet, with three bids received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Picatinny Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity. 

            San Juan Construction Inc., Montrose, Colo. NAVY

            Lakeshore Toltest Corp., Detroit, Mich. (N33191-12-D-0636); Barlovento L.L.C., Dothan, Ala. (N33191-12-D-0637); Prime Projects International (Construction) Ltd., Deira, Dubai, ARE (N33191-12-D-0638); PAE Government Services Inc., Arlington, Va. (N33191-12-D-0639), are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award, design-build construction contract for construction projects at Camp Lemonnier.  The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option periods for all four contracts combined is $75,000,000.  The work to be performed provides for general building type projects, new construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, repair work and any necessary design, including industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, aircraft traffic control, infrastructure, administrative, training retail, food service, dormitory, community support facilities and both vertical and horizontal construction.  No task orders are being issued at this time.  Work will be performed in Djibouti, Africa (90 percent) and Kenya, Africa (10 percent).  The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of September 2017.  Contract funds in the amount of $100,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 21 proposals received.  These four contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of awarded contract.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia, Naples, Italy, is the contracting activity.   

            Harper Construction Co., Inc., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded $28,028,102 for firm-fixed-price task order #0004 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-08-D-8617) for construction of an aircraft maintenance hangar at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma.  The work to be performed provides for construction of a new transient universal hangar facility.  The hangar will support the training and maintenance operations of transient rotary wing aircraft (MV-22) deployed to Marine Corps Air Station Yuma and also be compliant with F-35 Joint Strike Fighter aircraft maintenance requirements including a high bay space, crew and equipment space, administrative space and Special Access Program Facility areas.  The task order also contains a planned modification, which if exercised, would increase the cumulative task order value to $29,181,434.  Work will be performed in Yuma, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by July 2014.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Six proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.  

         The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $21,192,703 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-09-C-0019) for the procurement of aircraft armament equipment for F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft, including station control units, ALE-50 protectors, dispensers and chassis', air probes, fuel probes, suspension lugs, mounting bases, mounting retainers and centerline feed thru plates.  Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed in October 2014.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity. 

             W.M. Robots, L.L.C., Colmar, Pa., is being awarded a $9,610,720 modification to previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00174-11-D-0015) to exercise option year I for the procurement of Vallon mine detectors and consumables spares in support of foreign military sales as orders arise.  No funds are obligated nor guaranteed by the award of this contract; funds will be obligated on individual task orders.  Work will be performed in Colmar, Pa., and is expected to complete by September 2013.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division, Indian Head, Md., is the contracting activity. 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

            Hunt and Sons, Inc.*, Sacramento, Calif., was awarded contract SP0600-12-D-4536.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment contract with a minimum $18,348,042 for fuel.  Other locations of performance are Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.  Using military services are Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies.  There were thirty-two responses to the Web solicitation.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2015 Stock Funds.  The date of performance completion is Sept. 30, 2015.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va. 

            Snowbird Environmental Systems*, Jacksonville, Fla., was awarded contract SPM8EB-12-D-0001.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract with a maximum $9,000,000 for landing craft air cushion air conditioner.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using military service is Navy.  There was one response to the DLA Internet Bid Board System solicitation.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012-2013 Defense Working Capital Funds.  The date of performance completion is Aug. 5, 2013.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa. 

AIR FORCE

            Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa (FA8750-12-9-0179), is being awarded an $18,040,481 firm fixed price contract to develop working software implementation of formally verified secure unmanned air vehicle systems.  The location of performance is Bloomington, Minn., and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  Work is to be completed by March 6, 2017.  The contracting activity is AFRL/RIKF, Rome, N.Y. 

            Composite Engineering Inc., Sacramento, Calif. (FA8678-12-D-0239), is being awarded a $7,317,122 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract to procure 54 peculiar reparable spares for the Air Force Subscale Aerial Target BQM-167.  Location of performance is Sacramento, Calif.  Work is to be completed by Nov. 9, 2015.  The contracting activity is AFLCMC/EBYK, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. 

            Northrop Grumman Guidance and Electronics Co., Woodland Hills, Calif. (FA8540-12-D-0003), is being awarded a $26,500,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for engineering services to support the Embedded Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System Program.  The location of the performance is Woodland Hills, Calif.  The work is expected to be completed by March 31, 2015.  The contracting activity is AFLCMC/WNYKB, Robins Air Force Base, Ga.
