Coast Guard crew members and emergency medical personnel transfer a patient to an ambulance from a Coast Guard Air Station Sitka MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter at the Alaska Air National Guard hangar in Juneau, Alaska, Aug. 28, 2012. The patient was medevaced from Skagway, Alaska, after suffering from cardiac and respiratory failure.
