An Army Special Forces soldier helps a Hancock County sheriff's deputy evacuate a local resident and his two Chihuahuas from a flooded area using a zodiac boat during Hurricane Isaac operations near the Gulf Coast in Waveland, Miss., Aug. 29, 2012. The soldier is assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group, Airborne, Mississippi Army National Guard.
