Army Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn speaks during the change of directorship for the Defense Intelligence Agency on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C., July 24, 2012. Army Lt. Gen. Ronald L. Burgess Jr. turned over directorship of DIA to Flynn after serving in the position since 2009.
