Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta conducts a joint press briefing with China's Minister of National Defense, Gen. Liang Guanglie at the Pentagon, May 7, 2012. Liang has been visiting U.S. military bases and meeting with U.S. military leaders to discuss U.S.-Chinese cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
